If you received the Mobile Phones, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the Mobile Phones. Please refer to the 7 Days Replacement Guarantee above.

A Mobile Phones that has been used or tampered in any way;
A Mobile Phones that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the Mobile Phones;
A Mobile Phones that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the Mobile Phones at the time of delivery;
A Mobile Phones without a valid, readable, non tampered serial number, including but not limited to Mobile Phones with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
